Happy Bee Day!

Hi everyone.  I'd like to start off today by sending my thoughts, prayers and condolences to all of those affected by the recent bombings.  God Bless them all, and may they heal quickly and be comforted.

Isn't this image adorable?  It's the BEEday Huggabugg stamp set

I inked her up with Memento Tuxedo Black, then colored her in with my Prisma Watercolor Pencils, blending with the SU! Blending Pen.

Oh, and the bg paper!  I chose this blue-patterned paper because it sort of looks like a honeycomb!

Here's a closer look at her:

For her wings, I chose to use Liquid Glass instead of glitter, as I wanted them to look see-through like wings should.

Thanks for hanging out with me today!

Lovely Cheryl! As always your cards inspire me more than you know. I LOVE your clean, crisp style. Always perfect!

Isn't the Boston bombing horrific! I can't believe the terrible ways people are hurting others in today's world. The victims need every prayer we can send!

BIG hugs, Joanne
