Wow, how is it possible that I laid eyes on you for the first time on this day...
It still feels like yesterday that I held you in my arms,
very early that Tuesday morning.
You were my first-born.
Because of you, I entered motherhood and have enjoyed every minute of it during the last 26 years.
Even though you've endured more in your short years, than others have their entire lives, you still are, and always will be a son we are proud of and love more than words can say.
Happy Birthday Son...
may you have a life filled with more happiness than sorrow.
Love ~ your Momma

Happy Birthday to my wonderful nephew!
Oh Cheryl, what a gorgeous picture! I am so happy for you and for your son and yes, when it is our children's birthday, it is our birthday too, isn't it. You both look so happy! I think it is wonderful that you dedicated your post time to your son. He looks so in love with his mommy! You are a very lucky and fortunate (and I imagine well earned womyn.) All the best! HeArtfully and warm hugs, Samara
Hi there:
What a beautiful tribute to your "baby". Our oldest daughter just turned 26 in January. Oh my, where do the years go??? He's a handsome guy and I'm sure the joy of your life (well, both of your "babies").
I just happened upon your sweet blog, and wanted to say hello and personally invite you to stop by and share your art with us in our weekly challenges at Word Art Wednesday. I'd LOVE to see you play along with us. Hope you'll check us out soon!
